    The eldorados waterfront deck is fine and perfect for a peaceful stroll. My room was spacious and super comfy, with unique artwork that added a personal touch. I really enjoyed the foot bath treatment, it was relaxing and left my feet feeling amazing. The staff were the friendliest.

    Fairly clean place with absolutely fabulous view of the valley. Huge, impressive hotel room, delicious breakfast. Great and stunning location as only 5 minutes to a 1.5 - hectare park.

    I really enjoyed the amazing waterfront views that greeted me every morning. The nearby Sarsons Beach Park was perfect for a lovely afternoon stroll, allowing me to immerse myself in the beauty of the area.

    The customer service was fantastic. The room was spacious and charming. It felt like coming home each evening after long days of business.

    Generally I loved the hotel - just 2 very minor things I would have liked and they are a full size ironing board and somewhere to hang longer clothing.

    Very nice marina views, spacious balcony, jet tub in room

    Check-in process confusing!!! Very thin walls leading to noise from bar below!!! Rooftop venue activity created disruptive noise during stay!!! Quite a distance from local shopping and restaurants, requiring car ride for convenience!!!

    The breakfast spread was super tasty and hit the spot every morning! Just a heads up, it would have been nice to know we needed to check in at the nearby spot, but it didn't really put a damper on our trip. 😊

    The room was really nice and I liked the french windows.

    The only thing is that our room 217 was next to a large fan and we could hear it. If I stayed again I would ask for another room for that reason.We had earplugs and that helped.

    The room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect for access to shopping, great restaurants the outdoors - running on the Greenway Trail and cyclng to the wineries.

    A charming old and unique hotel in Kelowna with exceptionally nice stuff in explaining the organasation of oud stay in the bus. Amazing location on waters edge, and 5 minute walk from a 1.5-hectare park. Also - right by the wonderful boardwalk, and downtown Kelowna.
